    Our commitment

NISORA is committed to making our website and digital information usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We want every visitor to be able to explore our custom kitchens and architectural cabinetry, understand our services, and contact our design team with confidence.

Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. We continue to review our content, design, and functionality and to address barriers as they are identified.

    02

    Our accessibility goal

Our goal is to align the NISORA website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA where reasonably applicable. WCAG provides widely recognized guidance for making digital content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.

This statement describes our goal and ongoing work; it is not a claim that every page, component, or third-party feature currently conforms in every respect.

    03

    Measures we take

As part of our accessibility work, we aim to consider:

    • Clear heading structure, readable content, and meaningful page titles.
    • Keyboard access and visible focus for interactive controls.
    • Text alternatives for meaningful images.
    • Captions or equivalent alternatives for important video and audio content.
    • Color contrast and information that does not depend on color alone.
    • Browser zoom, text resizing, and responsive layouts that support different screen sizes.
    • Descriptive links, labeled form fields, understandable instructions, and useful error messages.
    • Reduced-motion preferences where animation is not essential.
    • Semantic markup intended to work with common assistive technologies.
    04

    Compatibility and technology

The website is designed for use with current versions of major browsers and operating systems. It is intended to support common assistive technologies and input methods, including screen readers, keyboard navigation, browser zoom, voice control, and mobile accessibility features.

Accessibility may be reduced when using an outdated browser, unsupported operating system, disabled browser features, or a combination of technology that is no longer maintained by its provider. Updating your browser and assistive technology may improve the experience, but you may contact us for help regardless of the technology you use.

    05

    Testing and ongoing improvement

We may use a combination of automated checks, manual review, keyboard testing, content review, and feedback from users to identify accessibility issues. Automated tools can help locate certain problems but cannot confirm that an experience is accessible in every real-world situation.

When we add or update content and features, we aim to include accessibility in the review process. We prioritize issues that prevent visitors from accessing important information, contacting NISORA, or beginning a project.

    06

    Known limitations and third-party content

Despite our efforts, some content or functionality may not yet provide an ideal experience for every user. Possible limitations may include older media without complete captions, complex visual renderings, documents supplied in formats that are difficult for some assistive technologies, or components provided by third-party platforms.

Third-party services, embedded media, social platforms, maps, scheduling tools, and linked websites are controlled by their respective providers. We cannot guarantee their accessibility, but we welcome reports about barriers that affect access to NISORA information or services and will try to provide a practical alternative.

    07

    Alternative access and accommodations

If any website content, form, image, video, document, or feature is difficult to access, contact NISORA. We can work with you to provide the information through a reasonable alternative method, such as email, telephone, a text-based explanation, or another accessible format that is practical for the request.

You may also contact us if you need a reasonable communication accommodation when discussing a kitchen or cabinetry project. We will consider each request individually and work to identify an effective option.

    08

How to report an accessibility barrier

When reporting an issue, please include as much of the following information as you are comfortable providing:

    • The page address or name of the content.
    • A short description of what you were trying to do.
    • What happened and any error message you received.
    • Your device, browser, or assistive technology, if relevant.
    • The format or method that would help you access the information.
    • Your preferred way for us to respond.

You do not need to disclose the nature of a disability to request assistance.

    09

    Our response

We will review accessibility feedback in good faith and aim to respond within a reasonable time. Depending on the issue, we may provide the requested information directly, offer an alternative way to complete the task, correct content, or refer the issue to the relevant website or third-party provider.

Some fixes may require investigation, development work, coordination with a platform provider, or a broader website update. If an immediate technical correction is not available, we will try to provide a reasonable alternative for accessing the affected NISORA information or service.

    10

    Scope and updates

This statement applies to the public website at nisorausa.com. It does not control the accessibility practices of unaffiliated websites or platforms that we link to or embed.

We may update this Accessibility Statement as our website, testing, technology, and accessibility work develop. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision.
